• Making Performa Invoice in excel. Most of our invoices are lengthy hence experience of excel very important.

• Follow up with Overseas Buyers.

• Making commercial invoice, packing list, SDF, Form, DBK Annexutre, BL instructions Cargo declaration etc.

• Follow up with forwarders on movement of goods..

• Arranging quotes from transport for sending shipments (By Road, Rail & Air).

• Arranging documents like, Shipping bill, BL/AWB, EP copy, from CHA.

• Arranging documents for sales return (for chartered accountant).

• Maintaining export register and updating Drawback details.

• Making payment follow up register.

• Making Purchase Order.

• Making bank documents and submitting to the bank for collection and negotiation.

• Making BRC's arranging FIRC's.

Experience 2 - 5 Years
Salary 2 Lac To 4 Lac P.A.
Industry Export / Import / Merchandising
Qualification Higher Secondary, Secondary School, Other Bachelor Degree
